PRE-QUALIFICATION
We specialise in pre-qualification submissions, including local government, Tōtika, Impac, SiteWise and private contractor pre-qualification processes. Having developed a close working relationship with SHE Prequal who are approved Tōtika members and the sole evaluator of the Waikato Councils’ pre-qualification scheme, we prefer to use SHE Prequal making the process simpler and quicker to get our clients approved.
SHE PRE-QUAL
SHE PRE-QUAL provides contractor pre-qualification evaluation services measured against Standard 45001 (Occupational health and management system) and best practice standards that exceeds minimum health and safety compliance requirements. SHE PRE-QUAL provides consistent and effective shared services for contractor pre-qualification.
Tōtika
Tōtika was developed to address inefficiencies in the procurement process caused by the lack of a common pre-qualification standard. Tōtika aims to provide a streamlined pre-qualification process, fulfilling the industry's desire for a common standard.
SiteWise
SiteWise is a prequalification system that grades a contractor’s health & safety capability and publishes that grade in a database that can be viewed by main contractor’s and principal organisations. This allows for better contractor selection and an easier tendering process for everyone involved.
